 Holy Mountain Ministries, International Tenets of Faith We Believe In…

1. The Scriptures - The Bible is the inspired, infallible Word of God. (2Tim 3:16; Romans10, & 2 Peter 1:21) Jesus was and is the Word incarnate.

2. The Godhead – Our God is the one true God, one being, manifesting in three distinct persons (the Trinity) the Father, the Son and the Holy Spirit ,all being co-equal (Phil. 2:6; Numbers 27:16; Heb. 12:9; John 1:1; John 1:14; John 15:26). 

3.The Person of Jesus Christ – Jesus was born of a virgin, conceived by the Holy Spirit (Luke 1:34 & 35; Isaiah 7:14) He was crucified, died, rose, and ascended into Heaven and obtained redemption for man’s sin 

4.  Redemption –Salvation is the gift of God to man, separate from works, and is made operative by grace through faith in only Jesus Christ (Eph. 2:8)

5.  Baptism of the Holy Spirit (Acts 8:16) – Is the promise by the Lord Jesus Christ to all believers and is received subsequent to the new Birth with the evidence of speaking with other tongues as the Holy Spirit Himself gives utterance (1 Corinthians 14:14, 15; Mark 16:17,18).

6.  Ordinances – We believe in two primary New Testament ordinances:  a) Water Baptism – Is the believers first step of obedience (by full immersion).  (Acts 22:16; Romans 6:3&4; Col. 2:12). b) The Lord’s Supper – The elements of the Lord’s Table are covenant elements, bread representing the Body of Christ and the fruit of the vine representing the precious Blood of Jesus (1 Cor. 11:23-26).  (However, we do not believe that the administration of such ordinances is limited to ordained or licensed ministers.  We believe in the priesthood of believers.)  

7. Operation of Spiritual Gifts – The Holy Spirit is in the earth to manifest these gifts in God’s people for the edification of the Church.  This includes operation of the five-fold ministries (Ascension Gifts) to equip and edify the Saints.  (1 Cor. 12; Romans 12:6-8; Eph. 4:11, 12; the fruit of the Spirit according to Galatians 5:22).  

8. Healing & Deliverance – Including in the atonement through the shedding of His blood, we have access to divine healing & deliverance. (Isa. 53:4-6; & I Peter 2:24)  

9. Laying on of Hands – Laying on of hands is a biblical practice in: Baby Dedication; Healing; confer an office; receiving the Holy Spirit; for appointment to eldership (Mark 10: 13-16, 1 Sam. 1:21, Acts 10: 11, 12; 8:15-17, 1 Tim. 4:14).

10.   Resurrection of the Just & the Return of the Lord – The angels said, “This same Jesus shall so come in like manner.”  (Acts 1:11 & I Thess. 4:16, 17; 1 Corinthians 15).

11.   Marriage – We believe in the creation and the God of the Bible as the Creator. We believe that God created humankind and that He created them biologically Male & biologically Female only. God instituted marriage only between one biologically born male and one biologically born  female as the foundation of the family, the basic structure of human society (Gen. 1:26-31& Gen. 5:2).   Holy Mountain Ministries Int’l will only marry Members of HMMI.

12.   The Church –We believe the prophetic presbytery serves the purpose in the body of Christ in activating, establishing, releasing, commissioning, and ordaining gifts to their office, function, and place of relationship within the body of Christ.  (I Kings 18:18; II Chron. 15:1-4: Matt. 5:12-14; Acts 12:23; I Sam. 15:14-35)

13.   Tithes & Offerings - We believe that tithes and offerings are according to God’s Word (Mal. 3:10, 1 Cor. 16: 1,2; 2 Cor. 9:6-9; Heb. 7:1-8).

14.  Exemption from Vaccines – Do you not know that you are the temple of God and that the Spirit of God dwells in you? If anyone defiles the temple of God, God will destroy him. For the temple of God is holy, which temple you are. Or do you not know that your body is the temple of the Holy Spirit who is in you, whom you have from God, and you are not your own? 1 Corinthians 3:16-17, 6:19 (NKJV) Vaccines contain neurotoxins, hazardous substances, attenuated viruses, animal parts, foreign DNA, albumin from human blood, carcinogens and chemical wastes that are proven harmful to the human body.
